What to expect from personal coaching
Start of the programme
The personal coaching programme begins with an intake session to identify the employee’s challenges. After that, a coach is assigned and together you set the goals you will work on.
Programme content
The programme starts with an initial assessment to map out your current situation. Through in‑person and phone sessions, we work together on your goals. At the end, we measure your progress and you receive personalised advice to continue independently.
End of the programme
After completing the programme, an evaluation takes place in which you can share your experiences with the personal coaching process.
