As a professional driver, you carry a great deal of responsibility every day: driving safely, staying alert, and being fit enough to do your job well. That’s why taking good care of yourself matters. With the Code 95 lifestyle training, you not only complete 7 of the required 35 refresher hours, you also actively invest in your own vitality, health, and energy.
SOOB provides a subsidy of €100.00 per participant for this course.
What to expect
During this training, you’ll discover how lifestyle directly influences your driving comfort, alertness, and safety on the road. You’ll learn how to improve your mental and physical fitness, which choices help you feel better, and how to start working on your lifestyle in a practical, accessible way. The day is filled with hands‑on exercises, recognisable examples and above all, doing and experiencing. A driver who feels good performs better, drives more safely, has more energy, and can stay in the job longer. This training helps you achieve that, in a way that fits your daily reality
